So yesterday I travelled to India. I had a great guy on the plane who was really excited to tell me about his culture. I then got a my transport to the hotel. The guy who picked me up at the airport was so eager to tell me about everything in Delhi. He Even said to me, if you look out the left you will see our lorries. Uhh wow,although he did also explain about a festival that's happening at the moment. I can't remember what the festival is called but Hindi people carry these, kind of triangle contraptions over their head and in it is water from their local river. they them walk 253 (hes precise) km to dehli and they give the water to shivra (i don't know how to spell the gods name) statues in the temples here. Anyways I got to the hotel after being pointed out everything on the way. Including their extensive police presence and their love of barb wire (eek) and I wasn't impressed at first. However when I got to the room I was absolutely beautiful. So I'm sitting here in mc donalds now as I can't find any Indian restaurants and I'm writing this up after having an extremely hot mc spicy. I know its in the name but I could barely eat it, and I love spicy! Also on a side note. there are a large amount of vegetarian options here!
